Refund Policy

Returns
We want you to love your purchase, so if you need to exchange sizing or decide our product isn't for you, we accept returns within 7 days of receipt.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and original packaging. You also need to include a copy of the receipt for proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at shop@perfectpets.com.au. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

Perfect Pets does not cover the postage cost for change of mind returns; this is the customer's responsibility. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so that we can investigate the problem and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom products (such as special orders or personalised items) can not be returned for a change of mind. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have; once the return is accepted, we will process a refund. You will need to purchase the new item separately, including postage costs.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and advise whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the product price (minus the original postage cost) will be refunded to your payment method. This can take 2-5 business days to clear. 

Warranty 
We do not provide a warranty for general wear and tear as each pet has a unique lifestyle, personality and behaviour.

You will need to contact us to arrange a return, post the item back to us at your own cost, and we will investigate the damage. We will contact you to advise the outcome and make appropriate arrangements.
